All none cosworth Sierra 4x4 hubs are the same. They have a 15mm+ wider track each side than the cosworth 4x4.
They will fit in place of a cosworth one but as said different caliper mounts, smaller hole and closer to the disc.
The drive shaft length is also different to match the wider track.
So the two types can not be swapped without changing lots of parts.
