i had about 20 pairs of unknown 4x4 ABS hubs, must have all been cosworth except 2 that came back for caliper fitting problems.

wonder if 2.0 and V6 XR4x4 are different too because i had 2 v6 xr4x4 estates and a hatch 2.9 GLsi 4x4 that was (the same) -40mm struts and springs on the front and all caught with snowflakes on the o/s/f wheelarch under heavy braking on lock,

But the 2.0 Xr4x4 and saff ghias didnt!

Jonesy, with the geometry differences i would not use anything other than a propper cosworth hub after seeing the pictures!
