No, the test has to be done at idle, first for 1 minute, then record the values, if they are approximately equal, empty the bottles, then repeat the test, at idle, for 4 minutes, measure the lowest amount, multiply it by 1.4, which will give you the maximum permissable amount for the other 3, then measure the amounts in the other 3, any that are over the maximum need to be replaced.
