Hi everyone

I have a bit of an issue regarding towing a car. We have a track car an tween 4 of us and we agreed between us that we would to the car to the track via a tow rope or bar. However it has since become clear to me that as the car has no tax or insurance this will be deemed illegal.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
