Hi all might be getting a st170 dirt cheap due to it having a knocking noise from the engine.The guy who is selling it has replaced the variable cam pulley as he thought that was the fault but its still knocking he seems to think now it sounds like a little end thats gone.Is there anything common on these engines as iv'e not seen the car yet & didn't want to spend a lot putting it right.Many thanks
