Found the towball but not the bolts to attach it to the bracket.

The towbar is complete with the brackets but, apart from the two bolts and the spacer tubes to attach the bracket to the chassis legs, you will need new nuts and bolts. (And some paint if you care how it looks!)

Open to offers on this - I had kept it in case I ever wanted to tow with mine, but I just don't see that happening.

It weighs 24kg and, provided I can undo the two uprights, I reckon a next-day delivery will be about £15.
