You may have seen them for sale but i bet they didn't sell at that price.

As has been said already they are not for an RS1600i as they were Hella.

I believe what you have there were sold as accessory lights for mk5 Escorts and mk3 Fiestas.Although saying that,the switch looks to be mk3 Escort so maybe they were sold for the earlier cars too
