quick one about Rover K-series 1.8,
the engine is a 52 reg freelander 1.8, it has a damaged inlet cam and pulley where the dowel has broken, its non VVT and has the cam sensor in the exhaust cam side
does a 1.4/1.6 of the same year cam and pulley bolt into the 1.8 as finding seperate bits other than a full head or engine just isnt cost effective.
any help appreciated
