ive had both wrx an sti a few years ago, and if id known the bullshit hassle (engine rebuild and dif problems) i was gonna get with the wrx i would of gone straight for the sti, (no problems had it remap and tweeked it a lil) its a better car to play with and less problem areas good luck tomorrow
