I have a JohnFRS turbo, well worth the money. With the spec you have already, a hybrid is the next logical step. You'll see 300-320 ish. Next step after that is injectors as they'll be near the limit. Get onto the RSOC & FRSOC, loads of FRS Mk1 owners on them.
