For a temporary fix as that is part of the block that has sheared off there, I would use a large plate made to fit the recess between the bolt hole and black clip with a nut welded to it then bolted through from the bellhousing- That should provide adequate support.

I'd be a bit pissed off with the company that did the work though if they left my car like that :/
