Hello all,

I am looking rebuild my EFI Block but wanting to know what specs everybody runs to achive 250bhp....

I have a st3 T3 from TT, stg 3 port and polished head, will be fitted with newman cam and solid lifters, management and injectors are to follow.

Basically i want a well built bottom end that can handle the power.

So what piston and rod combo's would you guy reconmend...?
