A friends orion done this some time ago and was worn drive flanges, had to have a pair of new front hubs and new bearings again etc etc...
I'd make sure 1 last time that the driveshaft/hub nuts are mega tight, i give mine some beans with a bar then stake the nut over with a nice blunt ended screwdriver/chisel so it doesnt split the locking tab. If not im afraid it looks like a strip and renew...
The good news is i have a spare hub or possibly 2 lying in my garage.
