Cheers for the replies, I thought the nut may not have been properly locked in place the first time it did it, but after i stripped it down and re tightened the bearing I smashed the fuck out of the lock tab.... its, then replaced the nuts the 2nd time they 'loosened' and did the same again... I just can't think why it would keep doing it

Maybe if I find new hub carriers as above.....
