I would recommend removing and stripping the block to a bare block and surface grind the face until you achieve a totally flat face and then use a genuine Ford gasket.

Assuming all liners are at 12 thou it will seal the combustion gases fine with a new headgasket fitted, but won't provide sufficient clamp of the gasket around the oil/water ways, probably resulting in water leaking out the sides of the gasket.
