No it wouldnt, twin turbo control is actually quite difficult too, and then I would have all the added problems of the exhaust manifold design and fabrication etc too and then still wouldnt have torque from tickover like with a supercharger.
Plus you are completely missing the "just because I want to" reason for the supercharger and turbocharger specifically.
