Yeah Karlos if you dont want vibrations and want the engine held firmly id fit the flo-flex, i'd do them again if i had too.
Yeah Ford must of really over estimated what sort of power the old CVH diesel was going to put out to have gone ahead and designed stronger gearbox's and mounts for them.........
