where did you get the new key from? do you have a part number for it? every Vec C i do now is a flip style key. Even Vaux don't supply the original 3 button fixed blade type key anymore.

Also, try buying op-com from ebay. It's Vx diag software & extremely handy for how little it costs.

With Vec C the remote locking/alarm function is programmed in at the same time as the transpnder chip. With the older Vx you program the transponder 1st then you have to go into the body control module to program the remote locking
