Evolution use a different handheld unit to the ones he mentions, they use the dimmsport genius.

Highly recomended though, and their dealer support is excellent, as is the fact that rather than just giving you a file and thats all they will do, they will actually develop it with you if you have specific requirements. You can literally send them a data log and say its a bit too rich at 3000rpm and they will trim some fuel out and send it back etc.

Cant recomend them enough TBH

Not cheap, but sometimes in life you just have to pay if you want quality service!
