The modified area of the tunnel as it came back from Race Tech (it was agreed i'd sort it):


Scotched down, panel wiped and seam sealed:


Then, we put the dash in to see how it looked and measured up:

Then it was on to mocking up the hoses after assembly to make sure they were right and establish where they're getting secured:










Tried the Roose Motorsport silicone coolant hoses for size and started mocking out for the new aeroquip lines after Race Tech welded me -6's onto the header tank:
