100bhp @ wheels equates to apprx 130 at flywheel so not that bad a figure

Many factors can affect final "power" readings and I am sure that if you went to some rolling roads they could (without making any adjustments) give you a read out of 150 @ wheels by manipulating the rollers

As to achieve maximum potential from what you have listed you first need to ditch the single 48 and go for a pair of 45's (I understand you may not able to if you entering road rallies)

Have you got a vernier cam pulley ?

Is head "fully" ported and polished ? - ALL the power to be gained from a Pinto is in the head - the head work on my engine alone came to over £1000 excluding camshaft

Also your compression ratio is a bit low u need to aim for 11.5 and run on V Power fuel

The list is endless on what to spend your money on in the pursuit of power

Here is your camshaft spec - http://www.burtonpower.com/forp-284-474.html

Here is the cam I am currently fitting to my engine - http://www.burtonpower.com/kcht1ek.html
