I found the BMW main dealer by me very good when I used them years ago,lift home etc,pretty transparent with the bill and so on but as the car got older it wasn't worth spending that much on it plus there's a superb independent in Swansea as well (not the one behind the BMW garage).

Vw service are pretty impressive,I used to buy a lot of engine oil there years ago as it was cheaper than in the motor factors and top notch stuff.
