I definitely don't have any retention certificate,in fact I don have any paperwork from when I removed the plate,I'm now wondering if I've left it all with the paperwork for the car when it sold! Hopefully they can supply a duplicate! I'm meant to be changing the plate over first thing in the morning which is a shambles.
