Hopefully someone can help here as I'm stupidly busy at the minute and don't have time to start taking things to bits....

The other day I noticed a high pitched squeeling from the engine as I came down the gears at low speed, as if the alternator belt was slipping slightly. I changed the belt last year incidently. It only seems to happen at low revs, and I've now noticed a squeek form the engine at idle as if a pulleys letting go. I was thinking maybe the auxillary belt idler or something was on it's way out, but I've never come across this before.

Any ideas?
