Most of the stages that the Group B cars ran aren't used on the modern WRC in the same form.

I don't know how true this is, but I was reading on a rally forum earlier, and it was bandied about that even by the mid 90s, all the records set by the Group B cars had been broken by Group A stuff.

The Group B cars were very powerful, but suspension and brakes have come a long way since those days.
