I don't think he's saying it's an ST, but he doesn't really say its not either tbh, but he does put that it has a 2.0 engine from an ST, and says he has put ST brakes on it etc. searching the reg does indeed give a fiesta Freedom but the engine size comes up as 1999cc, so he's obviously done it the right way and registered it with DVLA.
