Yes, it would do, so you are running on three cylinders, assuming it's not ignition, plugs related etc then it may be a compression problem on that cylinder, i.e. bent valves.

However seen as you have checked the compression, hopefully it will be the former.

An easy test is to swap the plug with another cylinders and see if the problem moves to that cylinder, if not it may be lead related etc.
