While driving my 2006 mondy st tdci I have developed a strange noise coming from the front passenger side wheel.

The sound is like a scratching sound, which only makes a noise once you take your foot off the gas. The sound is linked with the speed as when I then come to a stop, the slower I go, the more time there is between the noises.

This happens when both steering and going in a straight line. The noise only comes on once my foot comes off the accelerator. The noise is like a scracthing one. Any ideas?
