Very easy, you need to remove the stowage area under the handbrake (3 screws), window switches, (This includes the switches located in the rear, fixed to the back of the console) this removes the black plastic section around gear lever as well which them exposes further screws and the tape storage compartment under the armrest, 2 screws IIRC, the there are some screws under this.

Place car in second gear as you will get a better angle to remove from memory.
