Just wondering if anyone knows the current road rally regs for this season.
A work colleague has just bought a Suburu Impreza 2.0 sport, non turbo 4wd and plans to do a few road rallies in it.

I was always under the impression that 4wd cars had been banned from competing along unless they had been converted to 2wd along with the turbo'd cars?

Is that still the case or has it been changed recently?
