if i fit a a clutch pedal of an escort 95 will this give me the ability to adjust the biting point, also i have been told that bending the arming on top of the gear box that the cable connects onto will give me more clutch clearance.

I think this is the main problem even with the clutch pedal to the floor its not disengaging the clutch enough.
