If im thinking right, Robin Hood is on the Chesterfield side of Baslow, there's a campsite behing it if that helps.
Matlocks belting on a sunny weekend fella, only downside is it gets chuffing heaving, i mean carparks and everything are ram-jammed with bikes, so actually being able to stop somewhere is lucky lol.
Don't know if you've heard of 'Long Hill,' (B5004) from Buxton to Whaley Bridge, (excellent road i love it
) and there's the Shady Oak pub at the bottom, its cracking to sit outside on a sunny afternoon while the bikes scream past on their hot laps! Depends if folk mind travelling that far.
