My boost gauge from racetec is reading -0.5 bar and when I rev it when the car is hot goes to 0 bar

I've checked the turbo
Replace the oil feed
New -31 Garrett actuator
checked intercooler for cracks and replaced the hoses too

Checked intercooler pipes for leaks all good

What am I missing or is this normal
