Megasquirt always used to be a bit of a geeky projecty type thing. The same sort of people as me that used to race r/c cars etc were the sort of nerds that loved faffing about with soldering a board together and spending hours poring over which resistor had blown.

If your looking to professionally finish a car I don't think it's for you. If you fancy a muck about with trying to get your own management running and enjoy problem solving it's a good laugh.

There seems to be a divide between those that are looking to enjoy the finished car, and those that enjoy the build and would only sell it when its finished to start the next one.
