Just tonight finished my 1.8-2.0
conversion, turns over and runs but I need to keep a bit of throttle on otherwise it cuts out, I havent had a road test yet but Id say it sounds sluggish too.
I have only done the
2.0 engine with my 1.8 gearbox, but also am still running a 1.8 ECU and Injection system, as i was told the ECU has enough tolarance to selflearn the new fuel/air ratio?
Need help in this, do I need 2l ECU and Injectors, just the injectors, or could it be something else?
Everything else seems fine, just like its not getting enough air even with the throttle body fulling exposed!
ANY IDEAS?
