ok under my bonnet to be precise the underside of my bonnet!

there is a noise proofing/heatshield cover? whatever you call it!

if that doesnt make sense i maybe best describe its black fixed to the under side of my bonnet and is basically the span af the bonnet!

my question is is there any advantage to having it on or taking it off!

if taking it off is best whill the heat of the engine do any harm to the paint work on my bonnet!

stupid question but i like the originality of it but at the same time its kinda ugly!
