personally found easiest way to do something like this is get a crash damages fiesta turbo, both cars next to each other and swap over whatever you need, much better than a load of un tested mix matched bits off ebay. Fiesta Turbo has EFI as opposed to MFI on the escort turbo. Also have you thought about fitting a 2.0 Zetec from a mk1 mondeo? fairly easy to do.
