what is the best way to clean my intercooler and samco boost hoses, my turbo has been blue smoking for a while and today i took the boost hoses and intercooler off and found puddles of oil in every single boost hose and even the charge carrier, there was also oil in each opening of the intercooler i have a full size intercooler whats the best way of cleaning them.
Also i think i have a air leak because i have a constant misfire, and the dump valve has to be wound right in else it hesitates and idles funny, any ideas?
I find the best thing to clean up the hoses is a mixture of piss and vinegar - the amonia in the piss reacts with the acetic acid in the vinegar and makes the perfect cleaning solution - give it a go works a treat
keeps the pipes looking shiny and new for ages
