early saff cos & late saff cos/escort cos propshafts
has anybody got any photographs to show the differences between:-
a) front end of an early type saff cos propshaft &
b) the front end of a late saff/escort cos propshaft
preferably taken side on & front on to show gearbox end of the propshaft aswell
trying to clarify that the early saff propshaft has a small shaft on the end of it,that goes into a bearing in the centre of the old style 50 pence propshaft donut
& that the later saff cos/escort cos propshaft has a thicker end to it, with a hole in the end of the propshaft for it to slide over the input shaft on the end of the gearbox,using a later style round propshaft donut
all input would be appreciated
