Happily have a go at doing the brushes,but i want to try and find out if its a straight forward job like a non aircon heater looks,or if its going to be a pig of a job as it looks like a sealed unit from the limited view ive got from under the bonnet.
Would say a days work cover getting it out and stripped apart ?

I think its either brush's or maybe filled up with fluff e.t.c. as the car only gets used 6 months of the year !

From the item in the ebay link,does that whole heater unit come out from the engine bay side ?
Then it can be split apart im guessing.

Its so annoying that i can see the motor through the resister/inspection hatch,but cant get it out
