Yeah Paul rs is spot on.
U want a mk5 rs2k rear beam with the discs etc fitted already. Along with the handbrake cable of the same model.
Then it's just a straight swap. I did this on my mk6 escort years ago. A lot of the newer (mk6) rs2k's didn't have the rear discs. And the 4x4 was different if I remember right.
Didn't really notice much difference though other than appearance. Rs2k fronts were noticeable though.
