Hi all, the story is that im mid build of a zvh, i had a silvertop block, had it all painted, skimmed, honed, crank work done etc, when i took it to my mate to be built, noticed it had a gouge out of the bore on no.3 cylinder, essentially making it scrap. I bought another block already modded for zvh told it was a silvertop but wasnt but had been modded already so bit the bullet. Ive done some searching on here but cant find exactly what im looking for. What i really need to know is, can i use my crank from the silvertop as its had work already and the rods i have. Is anything else different?

And another thing is that obviously i bought a silvertop oil pump from burton i sent it back to swap for blacktop but they cant get hold of any, so where would you recommend i get one from, would you pay £197+ vat for gen ford one for peace of mind or go motorfactors/ebay for a pattern one??
