Depends how much of the stripping you do yourself, but would have thought you would have to budget a couple of k to get it done to a good standard, I personally did my own as it isn't to hard if you have the space, although I did it in stages, and have done all the front and the central floor, just got to drop the beam and tank and finish it off another winter, hopefully next year. But to do it properly the bits you need do start to add up. No good painting the floor unless you tidy everything else up as well.
