im using the standard cam pulley as i was told from where i got it from that the kent cvh 34k cam can use standard timing marks, my mate whos a ford mechanic timed it up for me using the marks on the block,

the kent tappets had been in for around 3k miles and where anti-pump, they want 100 quid for a new set, hence why i just put in standard ones!.
