T34 with -31 atchuator and .48 rear housing, keep it nice and easy to spool up on the small roads but still lots of power on the motorways.
get a bosch 044 fuel pump ( a must if you want more power, you need that fuel pressure up to the injectors, not worth blowing engine because of low fuel pressure for sake of £120) and as for injectors either siemens 55s orrrrr set of bosch light blues, or over 350bhp then you will want greys. maybe think about a cam just on the inlet side bd10 or 12 to keep the engine breathing well.
And you will need a 3bar map sensor if you havent already got one. and possibly a uprated rad to keep temps down .

that will give you a good 350-380bhp with baggsss of tourque!
