best case it runs poorly

worse case the engine melts
195 chip, uprated fuelpump and beiges? which are meant to work together?
im not running above 14psi which is suitable for standard pistons on a 1.8 ZVH?
and the car is always mapped by power engineering before its drove and will be off their first.
my understanding is, if i want to run more boost, its forged pistons or management....why do u think its due to melt? it idled and ran fine (round the block) on a non suited 165 superchip....just interested...top end or something else, as said i always map the car once i have done engine work.
