Hi guys, i ordered a powerchips 195 chip from ebay, the user has good feedback but it arrived with the back off of it and a fair bit of silicone on the circuit board....
is this normal? bit worried.....i clipped the back on no problems and now looks ok again was just wondering, heres some pics:




And clipped back together easily enough:



What do u think?
