my mate who does the gearbox conversion has just done one for his son.

this conversion with using a landrover gear stick with the four wheel drive selector cut off saves about 8" in length.this means i can place my engine and box well back in the frame behind the front axle which in turn will make the car handle that much better.just waiting for the redrilled hubs then i can start to design the front of the chassis.
