i currently run my cosworth on 10/60 castrol edge but my question is is this over kill. i only run it as i have looked on this forum and that seems to be the most common aswell as 15/50 but i never track it or drive it hard (it has never seen 6000rpm since owning it and never will)just would like you thoughts
