my sump is also leaking , it has a cork gasket dont know if thats correct though. Guys that rebuild my engine did it and also used sealant on it on the corners now the half moons leak
always thought ford had a black rubber gasket for the sump

Edit: Some say to use little bits of glue on some sides just enough to make it stick to the sump or the block, does that really work? if so i know what i'm going to do next
